Janet Holm McHenry, a very busy woman, did not feel that she had the time to include a walking regimine. But, after suffering from depression, weight gain and exhaustion, she began a daily prayer walk. Her life was so transformed that she has written a book on the subject called Prayer Walking. She inspires us to pray and walk. She states that her health has improved. She has greater energy and greater joy because her “personal trainer” is Christ. She has benefited from prayerwalking as well as those around her.
